Hubungan Jepang–Singapura (Jepang: 日本とシンガポールの関係Nihon to Shingapōru no kankei) merujuk kepada hubungan bilateral antara Jepang dan Singapura, dua negara Asia maju yang berbagi hubungan sejarah, ekonomi dan politik. Saat kedua negara tersebut mula-mula menjalin hubungan bilteral pada 1966, beberapa hubungan terawal telah ada sebelum abad ke-12 pada zaman Muromachi serta zaman Kerajaan Ryukyu.[1] Hubungan tersebut berlanjut selama berabad-abad sampai interaksi menonjol dalam invasi Singapura oleh Jepang pada Perang Dunia II. Invasi tersebut berujung pada pengambilalihan negara tersebut, dan kemudian pendudukan Singapura oleh Jepang selama sekitar empat tahun sebelum menarik diri usai kekalahan mereka dalam perang tersebut.
