Teluk Maputo (bahasa Portugis: Baía de Maputo), yang sebelumnya juga dikenal sebagai Teluk Delagoa dari Baía da Lagoa dalam bahasa Portugis, adalah ceruk Samudra Hindia di pantai Mozambik, antara 25° 40' dan 26° 20' S, dengan panjang dari utara ke selatan lebih dari 90 km dan lebar 32 km.[1][2]
