Orang-orang Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) di North Korea tidak memiliki perlindungan hukum.

Hukum tata negara

Konstitusi Korea Utara, yang terakhir direvisi pada tahun 2019, tidak secara eksplisit membahas diskriminasi berdasarkan orientasi seksual atau identitas gender. Konstitusi secara luas menjamin warganya banyak hak sipil, budaya, ekonomi dan politik, termasuk "menikmati hak yang sama di semua bidang kegiatan Negara dan publik".[2]
