Kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah dalam pembangunan memiliki andil dengan melakukan upaya-upaya serius. Lebih lagi Indonesia menghadapi Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) pada tahun 2016, yang bertujuan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan stabilitas perekonomian di kawasan ASEAN.
