Dr. Avram Hershko (lahir di Karcag, Hungaria pada 1937 dengan nama Herskó Ferenc) merupakan seorang biologIsrael. Pada 1950, Hershko dan keluarganya pindah dari Hungaria ke Israel. Hershko ialah Profesor Istimewa di Unit Biokimia, Fakultas Kedokteran Rappaport di Technion (Institut Teknologi Israel) di Haifa, Israel. Ia menjadi profesor di Technion pada 1980, dan Profesor Kolega di sana dari 1972 sampai 1980.
