ไซโทโครม P450 2F1 (อังกฤษ: Cytochrome P450 2F1; ชื่อย่อ: CYP2F1; EC 1.14.14.1) เป็นสมาชิกพอลีเปปไทด์ลำดับที่ 1 ในสกุลย่อย F ของสกุลที่ 2 ในมหาสกุลไซโทโครม P450 จัดเป็นโปรตีนอีกชนิดหนึ่งที่มีคุณสมบัติเป็นเอนไซม์โดยมียีน CYP2F1 เป็นตัวควบคุมการแสดงออก[5]ซึ่งยีนนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกลุ่มยีน cytochrome P₄₅₀ บน โครโมโซมคู่ที่ 19 โลคัส 19q13.2[6]

เอนไซม์ในมหาสกุลไซโทโครม P450 ซึ่งรวมถึง CYP2F1 นั้นจัดเป็นเอนไซม์ชนิดมอนอออกซีจีเนส ซึ่งมีหน้าที่สำคัญในการเร่งปฏิกิรยาการเกิดเมแทบอลิซึมของยาชนิดต่างๆ รวมไปถึงการสังเคราะห์คอเลสเตอรอล สเตอรอยด์ และกรดไขมันชนิดอื่นๆ โดยเอนไซม์เหล่านี้จะเคลื่อนที่เข้าสู่ร่างแหเอนโดพลาซึม แล้วถูกกระตุ้นด้วยกลูโคคอร์ติคอยด์จึงจะสามารถแสดงคุณสมบัติของเอนไซม์นั้นๆได้ ในกรณีของ CYP2F1 นั้นเป็นที่ทราบกันดีว่าทำหน้าที่ในการดีไฮโดรจีเนท (dehydrogenate) สกาโตล (3-methylindole) ซึ่งเป็นสารพิษภายในร่างกายที่เกิดจากกระบวนการหมักทริปโตเฟน ให้อยู่ในรูปที่ไม่เกิดพิษ รวมไปถึงการเมแทบอไลซ์สารซับสเตรตอื่นๆ ด้วย เช่น แนฟทาลีน และอีท็อกซีคูมาริน (ethoxycoumarin) ทั้งนี้ CYP2F1 ถือเป็นสมาชิกของกลุ่มเอนไซม์ขนาดใหญ่ของไซโทโครม P450 ที่มียีนควบคุมอยู่บนโครโมโซม 19q เช่นเดียวกันเอนไซม์อื่นในสกุลย่อยกับ CYP2A, CYP2B และ CYP2F[5]
