บทจดหมายของเปาโล (อังกฤษ: Pauline epistles, Epistles of Paul หรือ Letters of Paul) เป็นหนังสือ 13 เล่มในภาคพันธสัญญาใหม่ที่เชื่อว่าเขียนโดยเปาโลอัครทูต แม้ว่าบางเล่มเป็นที่ถกเถียงในเรื่องตัวตนของผู้เขียน บทจดหมายเหล่านี้ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของเอกสารศาสนาคริสต์ที่เก่าแก่ที่สุดเท่าที่หลงเหลืออยู่ บทจดหมายให้ข้อเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับความเชื่อและข้อโต้แย้งในศาสนาคริสต์ยุคแรก บทจดหมายเหล่านี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในสารบบของพันธสัญญาใหม่ และเป็นตำราพื้นฐานสำหรับทั้งเทววิทยาและจริยศาสตร์ศาสนาคริสต์

บทจดหมายของเปาโลมักถูกวางไว้ระหว่างกิจการของอัครทูตและบทจดหมายคาทอลิก (หรือเรียกว่าบทจดหมายทั่วไป) ในคัมภีร์ไบเบิลยุคปัจจุบัน สำเนาต้นฉบับภาษากรีกส่วนใหญ่วางบทจดหมายทั่วไปไว้ก่อน[8] และสำเนาต้นฉบับอักษร Minuscule จำนวนหนึ่ง (Minuscule 175, 325, 336 และ 1424) ที่วางบทจดหมายของเปาโลไว้ท้ายสุดของพันธสัญญาใหม่
