Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy and turnover intention on job performance PT. Finansia Multi Finance Pontianak. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan tetap di PT. Finansia Multi Finance Pontianak sebanyak 68 responden. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel ini adalah dengan menggunakan total sampling, sementara metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi linier berganda, dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS.Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama membuktikan bahwa self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien regresi X1 yang positif sebesar 0,269 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,026 yang lebih kecil dari α 0,05. hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua membuktikan bahwa turnover intention berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap job performance. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien regresi X2 yang negatif sebesar -0,252 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,036 yang lebih kecil dari α 0,05. Kata kunci : self efficacy, turnover intention, job performance
