Quello disputato alle Olimpiadi di Anversa fu il quinto torneo olimpico di pallanuoto. Le gare vennero disputate presso lo Stadio del Nuoto cittadino tra il 22 ed il 30 agosto 1920.

La medaglia d'oro venne conquistata per la quarta volta consecutiva dalla Gran Bretagna. La formula del torneo prevedeva tre tabelloni ad eliminazione diretta finalizzati alla conquista delle tre medaglie.
