User talk:AminSpeedy deletion nomination of Gran Meliá GhooHello Amin wordie, I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Gran Meliá Ghoo for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia. If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Background of the 2016 Nice attackHi, in case you find yourself reverting the article again in the future, please include a link to the discussion of the article, where doubts have been raised regarding the relevance of that information. And if you know for sure the information is not relevant, please add that to the discussion. Thanks. --Jan Winnicki * 18:18, 16 July 2016 (UTC)
Just want to point out WP:3RR on 2016 Nice attack. EvergreenFir (talk) 20:13, 16 July 2016 (UTC)
July 2016Your recent editing history at 2016 Nice attack shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. We noticed though that when you edited Snapp (company), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Multinational. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject. Asian 10,000 Challenge inviteHi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 01:07, 20 October 2016 (UTC)
November 2016Hello, I'm MBlaze Lightning. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Iran without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. You need to either read the reliable sources or stop editing that article. In fact, you should not be doing much editing of the article in the first place. Love shyness is sourced from multiple sources. One is the Washington Post. In the terminology section there are three sources right next to the mention of the term. Plus, you are now past 3RR on the article. So consider this a warning. Dave Dial (talk) 18:00, 25 April 2018 (UTC)

It is even more important to know when to stop digging and drop the stick. You managed to pick a fight with one of the most diplomacy-savvy editors on the site when (as far as I can tell) you do not even disagree about what should go in the article. (Notice that I am not saying you are wrong: regardless, past some point, it is not worth pressing on.) Also: are you aware GorillaWarfare is a past arbitrator, which is pretty much the top of the food chain here? That does not make her immune to mistakes, but you better be damn sure because you go out of your way to "keep her sharp". She must know her shit better than you (or me) in 99% of Wikipedia.
