The True Record (Hanzi sederhana: 真相画报; Hanzi tradisional: 真相畫報; Pinyin: Zhēnxiāng Huàbào) adalah majalah bergambar yang diterbitkan di Shanghai, Tiongkok, antara Juni 1912 dan Maret 1913. Didirikan oleh saudara Gao Qifeng dan Gao Jianfu saat Republik Tiongkok yang baru lahir berupaya mengembangkan budaya baru setelah berabad-abad pemerintahan Qing, majalah ini berupaya memantau republik baru tersebut, melaporkan kesejahteraan rakyat, mempromosikan sosialisme, dan mendistribusikan pengetahuan dunia. Di bawah Gao dan rekan editor Huang Binhong, majalah ini menerbitkan tujuh belas edisi, memperluas jangkauannya dari Tiongkok hingga Asia Tenggara dan Hawaii. Sangat mendukung Sun Yat-sen dan gerakan nasionalis, majalah ini mengkritik Presiden Sementara Yuan Shikai, dan ditutup pada saat ia sedang mengonsolidasikan kekuasaannya.
