Ernest Richard Kouma (23 November 1919 – 19 Desember 1993) adalah seorang prajurit dalam Angkatan Darat Amerika Serikat pada Perang Dunia II dan Perang Korea . Ia menerima pangkat master sersan dan meraih Medal of Honor atas aksinya pada 31 Agustus dan 1 September 1950, pada Pertempuran Naktong Bulge Kedua di Korea Selatan .
