1-Etunilsikloheksanol (ECX) adalah sebuah turunan alkohol alkunil yang merupakan prekursor sintetis dan metabolit aktif dari obat penenang etinamat, serta memiliki efek penenang, antikejang, dan relaksan otot yang serupa. Senyawa ini telah dijual sebagai obat perancang, pertama kali diidentifikasi di Britania Raya pada bulan Maret 2012.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]

Pembuatan

1-Etunilsikloheksanol dapat dibuat dari sikloheksanon dengan mereaksikannya dengan natrium asetilida dalam amonia cair, diikuti dengan sebuah work-up asam.^[5]
