എബ്രായ ബൈബിളിൽ, യിസ്ഹാക്കിൻറെ ഭാര്യയും, യാക്കോബിന്റെയും ഏശാവിൻറെയും അമ്മയായ റെബേക്ക അരാം-നഹരേം എന്നറിയപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന പദ്ദൻ അരാമിലുള്ള അരാമ്യനായ ബെഥൂവേലിന്റെ പുത്രിയും [1]അരാമ്യനായ ലാബാന്റെ സഹോദരിയും ആയിരുന്നു. അവൾ മിൽക്കായുടെയും (സൽമാന്റെ സഹോദരി), നഹൂറിന്റെയും (അബ്രാഹാമിന്റെ സഹോദരൻ) കൊച്ചുമകളായിരുന്നു.[2]ഗോത്രപിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ ഗുഹയിൽ അടക്കം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് ചിലർ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്ന നാല് ദമ്പതിമാരിൽ ഒരാളാണ് റെബേക്കയും ഇസഹാക്കും, മറ്റ് മൂന്ന് പേർ ആദാമും ഹവ്വായും, അബ്രഹാമും സാറയും, യാക്കോബും ലേയയും.[3]
