Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan interaksi edukatif guru fisika dalam pembelajaran fisika, (2) mendeskripsikan dampak model pembelajaran terhadap interaksi edukatif guru fisika, (3) mendeskripsikan kiat-kiat guru fisika dalam memberikan edukasi kepada siswa, (4) mendeskripsikan upaya guru fisika mendidik siswa dalam aspek kecerdasan emosional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian adalah guru fisika di SMA Negeri 1 Amlapura. Data-data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi pembelajaran fisika. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa, (1) interaksi edukatif guru fisika di SMA Negeri 1 Amlapura cukup baik yang ditandai dengan munculnya komponen dan ciri-ciri interaksi edukatif. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa komponen dan ciri-ciri yang belum optimal diterapkan oleh guru fisika. (2) Model pembelajaran memiliki dampak terhadap interaksi edukatif yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya perbedaan interaksi pad masing-masing model pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru fisika di SMA Negeri 1 Amlapura. (3) Guru fisika di SMA Negeri 1 Amlapura memiliki kiat-kiat dalam mengedukasi siswa dalam aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan. (4) Guru Fisika di SMA Negeri 1 Amlapura telah memiliki upaya dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional siswa. Namun, upaya-upaya tersebut belum optimal diterapkan karena permasalahan waktu dan padatnya materi pembelajaran.Kata Kunci : Interaksi Edukatif, Model Pembelajaran, Kecerdasan Emosional This study aimed at, (1) describing the educational interaction of physics teacher on physics learning, (2) describing the impact of learning models towards the educational interaction of physics teacher, (3) describing the tips of physics teacher in giving physics education to the students, (4) describing the physics teacher efforts to educate the students in emotional intelligence aspect. Qualitative approach was used in this study. The informants of this study were physics teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Amlapura, and data were collected by using documentation techniques, interviews, and observations of learning physics. The result of this study shows that: (1) educational interaction of physics teacher in SMA Negeri 1 Amlapura is in good category which is marked by the appearance of the components and characteristics of educational interaction. However, there are still some components and features that have not been optimally implemented by the physics teacher. (2) Learning model has an impact on the educational interaction which is indicated by the difference interaction of each learning model used by physics teachers at SMAN 1 Amlapura. (3) Physics teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Amlapura has some tips in educating the students in aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. (4) Physics teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Amlapura has had efforts in developing emotional intelligence of students, but they have not been optimally implemented because of time problem and the dense of learning materials.keyword : Educational Interaction, Learning Models, Emotional Intelligence
