SAAP-148(synthetic antimicrobial and antibiofilm peptide)は、抗微生物活性が高められた改変型LL-37である。SAAP-148は生理的条件下でより効率的な殺菌作用を示す[35]。さらに、SAAP-148は薬剤耐性菌やそのバイオフィルムに対し、ハリシン(英語版)と相乗的作用を示す[36]。
