Hi Wilzzw, I read the your article in your sandbox. Overall the article seems fine, and I understand that since you labelled the section as a "summary," you most likely intend to continue editing it. That said, there are a few things I think that could make your article better (some may be obvious or redundant, but I'm just pointing them out). My comments apply only to the section you labeled as "Summary."

• Presumably you'll be inlcuding an actual chemical equation in your article, as it was included in the original stub article. It just looks nicer than writing out the reaction in words. Related to that, I also found several instances were superscripts and subscripts weren't there when they should be (e.g Cd^2+ instead of Cd2+)
• I also presume that your final article will be properly cited with superscript numbers (numbers in brackets at the end of sentences is incorrect)
• When you mention that the structure of your enzyme has "β-structures" be more specific (i.e. β-sheets, β-turns etc.)
• The article as a whole could flow a little better. A couple things you could do to help that
  • For words that are uncommon, either explain them a little bit or link them if a wikipedia article on them exists. A few examples are "labile," "post-translational" and "antiferromagnetic." Those of us who study chemistry know what these words mean, but someone else may not (at least not right away).
  • Typically when you mention amino acid resiudes, you don't need to say "the Tyrxxx" (where xxx represents its numbering in the chain). You can just say "Tyrxxx does this and that." Again that just makes it sound better
  • You say that the copper metal adopts a square planar configuration twice within two sentences. Try not to repeat yourself, but at the same time link the ideas in your sentences together. This applies to the article as a whole
  • Beware of awkward wording and grammatical errors. I spotted a few instances of incorrect grammar in your article, so you may want to proof-read it.

Disappearing section headers (and text)

That's actually a pretty common problem (and one that baffled me when it first happened to me). I'm guessing what happened is that you left a ref tag open somewhere. The most common way that happens (in my experience) is when you type <ref name = "something"> when you meant to type <ref name = "something"/>. The software thinks that everything after that is part of the reference, and keeps looking until it finds a </ref> tag. And the next couple sections disappear, despite the fact that you can clearly see them in the wikicode of the page. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 19:36, 12 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
