I saw that you moved the 2.4b total count down to 2.1-2.2b on the Christianity article. The discrepancy is, I believe, due to whether Greek and Ethiopian Orthodox (283m) and/or unaffiliated (110m) are included in the count. The 2.4b is cited for 2015 in "The World's Religions in Figures", by Todd Johnson and Brian Grim. I have not undone your change but I would recommend that you do so. Battle of Borodino edit
The French losses were sever but were made up inside of a week, thanks to the timely arrival of another corps. This did nothing for being on the wrong end of a compromised, overstretched, and hopelessly out matched logistics train, and the results changed not a wit. French L2 speakers

I thought maybe it was a difference in the number of people who are actually L2 speakers (use French on a daily basis, are fluent, etc.) and those who've taken it in school. I remember that being a big problem in past debates on the population. (I've taught in French, but I'd hardly call myself an L2 speaker.) If it's the same organization, wouldn't they have had to have changed their definition of what L2 is? "Military history" is one of the most important subjects when speak of sum of all human knowledge. To support contributors interested in the area over various language Wikipedias, we intend to form a user group. It also provides a platform to share the best practices between military historians, and various military related projects on Wikipedias. An initial discussion was has been done between the coordinators and members of WikiProject Military History on English Wikipedia. Now this discussion has been taken to Meta-Wiki. Contributors intrested in the area of military history are requested to share their feedback and give suggestions at Talk:Discussion to incubate a user group for Wikipedia Military Historians.
Maybe I have misunderstood the conversation on the China page. But I find it so sad that an editor who has been around since 2006 still has to be a little rude the way you seem to have been with Zanhe, an important Wikipedia editor on things China, on the China page today. Was there really a need to say anything in your edit summary beside a summarization of the edit you made? All I'm saying is, to my untrained eye, it looks ugly, and I think it sets a bad tone, a hostile tone for Wikipedia editors. There is literally no need whatsoever to be rude to, embarrass, or make fun of others, even if they have been rude to you. My policy is, if I have to choose between getting in the mud or giving up on an edit, then I give up and do something else: there's a lot that needs doing in other areas of Wikipedia. Unrelated- from what you said on the talk page, I was somewhat persuaded with your thoughts on adding the 2018 info, but I don't really know anything about the topic.
