Hello Tinkvu. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Changing articles to your personal thoughts is against Wikipedia Guidelines and should be stopped.

If you have any personal disagreement with Darul Huda Islamic University or related managing committee, then Wikipedia isn't the right place to show your revenge.

Also, don't make accusations that people who disagree with you are just trying to get revenge on the university. Yes, he is allowed to suggest edits on the article's talk page. In fact that is exactly what he is supposed to do as a paid editor; he is not supposed to edit the article directly. Other people then do what they think is appropriate with his suggestions: add the suggested material to the article if they find it worthwhile, or reword it, or add portions of it, or refuse to post any of it. In other words, he is not supposed to edit the article directly; some other, neutral editor has to decide whether to follow his suggestions or not. And that will continue to be the way he is supposed to act after his block expires: he should still use the talk page to make any changes.
