If you try to WP:COATRACK it into a "memes in Kerala are magically special" or "there's a unique trolling community in Kerala" story, you can expect it to be reverted. But if it sticks to just reporting the salient facts without elaboration and original research that paints and exaggeratory picture, then it would probably be useful. Some stuff to focus on: Kerala being somewhat behind-the-times until recently in this department, then over a fairly short span becoming very social-media active, especially in regards to citizen activism, and politicians themselves and their boosters using the Internet for campaigning, in lieu of street-corner rallies and paper leaflets.
