It is not easily understandable for the novice reader (Wikipedia's target audience), it just looks like a grey disk with dots whirling about. I think the page is useful, that's it. And what about the promotion/self-promotion/advertising of the official Australian GP website which is a valid external link... This is just a webshop where you can enjoy some PR and link to buy tickets...
When it comes to the self-promotion/advertising, this is not a commercial project, the only thing it promotes is the Grand Prix itself. There is my name on the page, that is true. But I'm the author so I put my name on it. If it is a show stopper, I can remove it from the main page. That is not a problem. Misw74, you are invited on a Wikipedia Adventure! |
