Re your message: I would recommend restarting from scratch. The previous revisions that were about the skater were kind of a mess, either they were very short or read too much like a memorial. The most recent version wasn't even about the skater, but was just an editor messing around. I checked all of the revisions and I don't think there is much to be salvaged. There was one reference provided, but the link no longer works: http://www.skateboarding.com/skate/news/article/0,23271,1596724,00.html You might search the site's archive to see if they archived and renamed the article. No to Matt Hill (CEO/Film maker). We tend only to use a d=single disambiguator. You could change him to Matt Hill (Film maker) if you choose, but seems to me he's beter known as the CEO? Also I'd hold off on changing Matt Hill to Matt Hill (actor). If you want to do that, you should canvass opinion on talk:Matt Hill and check out Wikipedia:Disambiguation. The question is raised, which of the Mat Hills, if any, is the primary topic. Somewhere along the line, we might need a Matt Hill (disambiguation) page. Oh, or now. I did look at t'other Matt Hill and reckoned from the enormous list of credits that he would win the primary topic prize, and thus stay at Matt Hill. So I think it remains only to put Matt Hill (disambiguation) together and change the note at the top of Matt Hill to point to it instead of to the two individual Matt Smiths. Thanks for that Tagishsimon, I'll have a think about which would be best between CEO & Film maker then. Agree with you that a disambiguation page is needed, there's a few other Matt Hills, a Footballer, Golfer & an EastEnders - Matt Hill) & a US politician Matthew Hill. Nope! The policy on disambiguation pages is that only the main subject is linked; all other parts of the sentence are not. See MOS:DABENTRY: Each entry should have exactly one navigable (blue) link to efficiently guide readers to the most relevant article for that use of the ambiguous term. Consider using the cite web wizard

I looked at the refs on Shane Cross. Consider using the various cite templates which you'll find at the top of your edit box under Advanced, Cite, and then selectable from the Templates drop down box.
