ping @Binksternet: Respectfully wish your help with something here because I have been contacted offline by someone wishing to start a page about a local blog of news/etc. I looked around and didn't find any notable blogs of less than millions of readers and was wondering if you could put link to and/or provide guidance on the notability of blogs, specifically one like the one of interest? I don't find two reliable secondary sources about it and I live in the area, so I would assume I would be able to do so. It looks like mostly a press-release regurgitator with some form of automated pages for the road information and all the public record stuff. Also I have asked the someone to define their paid/unpaid relationship to the company "Lost Coast Communications" which has only a template because they own some local radio stations, see [1]. The local radio stations of course have entries, but there is apparently no entry for the parent organization at present. Nor am I aware of the notability of entities which own radio stations. Yes, I put that draft on my watchlist a few days ago when I was taking a look around the wiki for our Lost Coast friends. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
