Thanks for your contributions to Department of Financial Services (India). Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and it is promotional and reads like an advertisement. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit for review" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Charlie (talk) 18:51, 6 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit for review" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 21:33, 7 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Eshanya Maheshwari moved to draftspace

Thanks for your contributions to Eshanya Maheshwari. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability, currently it also doesn’t have any source showing Significant Coverage. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

A tag has been placed on Masoom Shankar requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Masoom Shankar. This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Thanks for message, I assume that you meant ColorPlus (brand)

If an article isn't ready, you should create as a draft, not in article space, I see above that you have been advised of that more than once previously. You have also misread the deletion tag, I deleted as G11 promotion, not A7, although that would have been equally valid.

You wrote a promotional article. If you have a conflict of interest, you must declare it. If you work directly or indirectly for an organisation, or otherwise are acting on its behalf, you are very strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. If you are paid directly or indirectly by the organisation you are writing about, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at Behappyyar. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Behappyyar|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If you are being compensated, please provide the required disclosure. Note that editing with a COI is discouraged, but permitted as long as it is declared. Concealing a COI can lead to a block.

  • I'm sure that you know that you must provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. Sources that are not acceptable include those linked to the organisation or company, press releases, YouTube, IMDB, social media and other sites that can be self-edited, logs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the company claims or interviewing its management. Note that references should be in-line so we can tell what fact each is supporting, and should not be bare urls
  • The Economic Times. and The Times of India need to be used with some caution. Your references include press releases, input from Bhatia, "sources" and "two persons familiar with the development said" How can these be independent third-party sources?
  • You must not accuse a company of bad behaviour if you don't source the text, that leaves us open to defamation claims. And the alleged bad behaviour is described so vaguely as to be meaningless.
  • The notability guidelines for organisations and companies have been updated. The primary criteria has five components that must be evaluated separately and independently to determine if it is met:
  1. significant coverage in
  2. independent,
  3. multiple,
  4. reliable,
  5. secondary sources.
Note that an individual source must meet all four criteria to be counted towards notability.
  • It's all about what the company sells, little about the company itself other than its location, India. No headquarters? To show notability you need hard verifiable facts such as the number of employees, management structure, turnover or profits, you had none of these.
  • You must write in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic, with verifiable facts, not opinions or reviews.
  • Promotional language includes known for offering smart casual apparel... is recognized for its focus on contemporary designs and high-quality fabrics... to provide stylish and durable clothing for men, catering to those seeking versatile, smart-casual wear. Over time, the brand has become a notable name in the Indian fashion market... a significant retail presence across India... a growing online presence. — fact-free spam, especially as they appear to be just your opinions; the claims are unsourced except for one where the source doesn't confirm what you say.
  • There shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections.
  • You must not copy text from elsewhere. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain. We require that text posted here can be used, modified and distributed for any purpose, including commercial; text is considered to be copyright unless explicitly stated otherwise. There are ways to donate copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as described here; please note that simply asserting on the talk page that you are the owner of the copyright, or you have permission to use the text, isn't sufficient.
  • I didn't check.

I can't see that there is anything worth restoring, there are few real facts, just your opinions of their products

Before attempting to write an article again, please make sure that the topic meets the notability criteria linked above, and check that you can find independent third party sources. Jimfbleak - talk to me? 16:17, 15 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Jimfbleak - talk to me? First of all, i am not affiliated with the company or not working as paid editor. I am working with WikiProject: India (Requested Articles)
Secondly, I will make sure that i will remove the promotional content and tone as well. And be careful next time. Kindly restore the article and move it to the draft. If this is not done, my profile will be affected. This one is my request.

Continuing where Jimfbleak left off, your edits give an appearance that you have a conflict of interest. Can you clarify what you mean by working "with WikiProject India?" Please read WP:COI and WP:PAID and disclose any affiliation you may have. Also, please note that AfD discussions are NOT a vote count. You must leave reasoning for why you want to keep pages from being deleted. --CNMall41 (talk) 06:29, 4 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
"Working with WikiProject India" means working on those articles which are related to the Indian cinema, indian politics and biographies etc. Behappyyar (talk) 14:39, 4 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Sure. This page was created originally as part of a large sock farm to which I watch regularly to compare new editor activity who may be (and often are) connected to the farm. --CNMall41 (talk) 20:44, 6 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
