1987 South Korean election map

Hello. Great work on your election maps. However, I think this one is a bit confusing – the provinces in the south-west (which I assume are the ones won by Kim Dae-jung) appear a very dark shade of brown, and it's quite difficult to work out which party that is meant to be. Election maps

Hello Felipe, I'm an user who really likes your election maps and diagrams, especially your recent legislative ones. I am fairly active in editing Nigerian election pages and was wondering if you would consider making maps for them. As one of the world's biggest democracies, it would be great for Nigerian election pages (on gubernatorial and National Assembly elections) to have more detailed maps. Thank you a ton! If you need any help with results ask me or WikiProject Nigeria. For National Assembly elections, finding the House and State constituency maps could be difficult but the Senate results are on its page; by later this month, I will attempt to finalize the 2019 House election page as I recently came across old court decisions that changed the results. For gubernatorial elections, it depends as the 2021 Anambra State gubernatorial election would be the easiest and most straightforward to map as I put LGA results on the Wiki page. Seven other gubernatorial elections also have results on news sites: 2020 Ondo (results), 2020 Edo (results), 2019 Bayelsa (results), 2019 Kogi (results), 2019 Yobe (results), 2019 Cross River (results), and 2017 Anambra (results). I'd start with 2021 Anambra as that is the election I know for certain has accurate results on its page. You could also make other maps: ones for gubernatorial election overview pages (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023) like the ones on [United States gubernatorial elections results map.svg|American pages] and/or current situation maps for the House (current members), Senate (current members - base map), or Governor's offices (current list). your maps are great! thanks again and good luck! Oh when I had written this, I hadn't seen your 2019 House maps, thank you a lot they look great! One minor tweak if you want, the Ikot Ekpene/Essien Udim/Obot Akara and Oru East/Orsu/Orlu results were voided, thus making the PDP number 126. It doesn't matter too much tho, thank you again! UK election graphs

Hi, you keep adding election graphs to UK election articles, but they have problems. Could you use standard abbreviations for the UK parties please? So, "LD" or "LDem" for the Liberal Democrats, not "LIB", which is used the Liberal Party.

When you add your images to article infoboxes, they are very hard to read. Can you either make them clearer (probably by dropping some detail), or just put them in the body of the article at a suitable size?

LDP Party Colour

We are allowed to add different colours to a political party in the modules. The same goes for the Grand National Party in South Korea, as I dark blue for the years between 1997 to 2004. There is also no need to add a failed reference to the colour, when to party's website has the colour (albeit the black logo not being the correct one). Yesh Atid's colour

Hi
I was reading your thread at Module_talk:Political_party/Archive_2#Yesh_Atid's_color. I agree that it should be changed to orange, not just because of the legibilty issues but also because the dark blue, as you say, is similar to Likud's and conveys the impression that Yesh Atid are a right wing party indistinguishable from Likud or Yamina when in fact they are a centrist party similar to the Liberal Democrats in the UK which also uses orange/gold as its colour. This is particularly an issue with regard to the List of prime ministers of Israel where it does not stand out clearly enough that Lapid is an exception to the profusion of prime ministers from the right wing since 2001 (Natanyahu, Bennett, Sharon and to a lesser extent Olment).
I was trying to change the colour myself but am being defeated by the sheer complexity of the systems involved. Perhaps we can work together to implement this modification.

I noticed that your recent edit to February 1982 Irish general election added a link to an image on an external website or on your computer, or to a file name that does not exist on Wikipedia's server. For technical and policy reasons it is not possible to use images from external sources on Wikipedia. Most images you find on the internet are copyrighted and cannot be used on Wikipedia, or their use is subject to certain restrictions. Finnish election maps

Good work on the maps, but having the southern portion of the country shown on the left looks a bit odd, as that is the first thing readers will naturally look at (in a left-to-right alphabet-based encyclopedia). Thanks as always! I'd appreciate your thoughts on my new bar-chart style map for multi-member constituencies (as opposed to the older and more common circles-coloring style)？I think it's a better way of visualization when a plethora of parties win seats in almost every constituency. It works especially when there are fewer constituencies.

Here is my rationale for the map layout:

Since northern Finland is sparsely populated, enlarging the south allows me to use larger bar charts, making the map more readable. The southern inset is arguably the "main map" anyway since it's where the majority of action is happening.

The northern section of the coastline & the southern section of the border with Russia are both tilted similarly relative to the latitude line. Placing the map of the country at large to the right of the southern inset therefore allows the overall layout to be more compacted. Plus as maps are nonlinear, we don't necessarily read maps from left to right. The left-right placement isn't the most critical factor in maps IMO. Feel free to educate me on this if I'm wrong.

Hi, I've noticed that in the UK general election maps in the seat-count boxes you've abbreviated the Alliance party as ALNI when the more appropriate abbreviation would be APNI (as recognised by the party's main article). 1989 European Parliament map Portugal

Hi @沁水湾. I'm writting if could correct an error in the 1989 European Parliament map regarding Portugal. In the map, Portugal is painted as red, the Socialists' color, but the election in Portugal was actually won by the Liberals, when the PSD was a member of them. 2024 Hyogo gubernatorial election

Hi @沁水湾. I've just undone your edit because the colours you used in your map don't match those used by the candidates during the elections. Especially Saito's colour can be misinterpreted as he's part of or endorsed by LDP. He was only supported by a local branch within the prefecture. Other LDP branches supported other candidates. I have uploaded another map for now, but feel free to change it back to yours once the little thing I mentioned is fixed. Your maps are always appreciated and you have done a great job as in the past.

Hi, apologies for the delayed response.

Admittedly, I often find it challenging to determine the most appropriate colors for Japanese local election maps. Using each candidate's campaign colors isn't ideal, as they 1) tend to vary significantly from election to election across the country making cross analysis harder, and 2) sometimes overlap, with candidates using very similar branding colors.

I'm aware of Governor Saito's particular situation. I picked green here because he was endorsed by the LDP in the previous election and want to keep it consistent. This approach aligns with outlets like NHK, which assigned Saito red and Inamura blue, their colors for the LDP and the CDP. That said, I understand this choice might cause some confusion.
