Přeborov is a municipality and village in Písek District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants. EtymologyThe name is derived from the personal name Přebor, meaning "Přebor's (court)".[2] GeographyPřeborov is located about 24 kilometres (15 mi) northeast of Písek and 60 km (37 mi) south of Prague.
