"Narcissistic Personality Disorder" is a single by Odetari from his extended play, XIII Sorrows. "Narcissistic Personality Disorder" peaked at number eleven on the US Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart.[1] It received a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The track was featured as the eighth and final song in his project XIII Sorrows on September 13, 2023.

Theme

The song is based on the disorder of the same name which is characterised by issues of self-centeredness and a lack of the capacity for intense feeling. The song’s lyrics imply that Odetari is battling addiction and has injured others as a result, for which he expresses regret.

Composition

The song is written in the key of B major with a tempo of 152 beats per minute.[2] The song was produced by Odetari himself.[3]
