Nahrunda is a rural locality in the Gympie Region, Queensland, Australia.[2] In the 2021 census, Nahrunda had a population of 192 people.[1] GeographyThe locality is bounded to the north by Glastonbury Road. Eel Creek, a tributary of the Mary River, forms the north-eastern, eastern, and south-eastern boundaries.[3] Litschner Road forms the western boundary.[4][5] Silky Oak Drive off Glastonbury Road is the main route through the locality.[5] The land use is almost entirely rural residential housing.[6] DemographicsIn the 2016 census, Nahrunda had a population of 190 people.[7] In the 2021 census, Nahrunda had a population of 192 people.[1] EducationThere are no schools in Nahrunda.
