Chminianske Jakubovany
Chminianske Jakubovany (Hungarian: Jakabvágása) is a village and municipality in Prešov District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia. HistoryIn historical records the village was first mentioned in 1334. GeographyThe municipality lies at an altitude of 443 metres and covers an area of 14.19 km2 (5.48 sq mi) (2020-06-30/-07-01).[1] PopulationIt has a population of about 2,623 people (2020-12-31).[2] The vast majority of the local population consists of the local Roma community.
