2025 Philippine local elections in Eastern Visayas
The 2025 Philippine local elections in Eastern Visayas are scheduled to be held on May 12, 2025. BiliranGovernor of BiliranIncumbent Gerard Espina (Nacionalista Party) is retiring. Espina was elected with 89.21% of the vote in 2022.
Vice Governor of BiliranIncumbent Kokoy Caneja (Lakas–CMD) is running for the Biliran Provincial Board in the 1st provincial district. Caneja was re-elected under the Nacionalista Party unopposed in 2022.
Biliran Provincial BoardFollowing the reclassification of Biliran as a 2nd class province in 2025, the number of elected members in the Biliran Provincial Board increased from 8 to 10, which also increased the total number of board members from 11 to 13.
