Format dels naixements i defuncions

Potser hauràs notat un cert "perseguiment" de les teves recents edicions. Hi vaig entrar degut a tenir alguna pàgina d'any en la meva llista de seguiment. Si llegeixes la primera línia del meu usuari ho entendràs. La correcció més comuna que he anat fent, per allò de la consistència formal i la major qualitat, consisteix en situar un espai entre "n." o "m." i la primera xifra de l'any, sovint acompanyada del fet de posar el punt final de frase. Això últim també s'aplica als esdeveniments. En general he aprofitat per corregir altres coses, alguna desambiguació o algun enllaç vermell (potser vermell per incloure un signe de puntuació entre els claudàtors o no vigilar si el lletreig es correspon amb el títol de l'article teòricament enllaçat). En temes de qualitat, com abans s'evitin els errors major és l'eficiència del procés. No se t'escaparà que la Viquipèdia, i jo, agrairíem si poguessis cuidar aquests detalls d'entrada. Gràcies. Ja has participat a la Viquiestirada?

Ja queda menys d'una setmana per a la fi de la Viquiestirada d'abril, aquest mes dedicada als esborranys de literatura. Ajuda'ns a millorar els articles de menys de 1.500 octets sobre aquest àmbit; hem afegit un premi de Sant Jordi que sortejarem entre els participants amb més de 60 punts aconseguits durant aquest mes. Llença-t'hi!

I a partir de dimecres vinent, 1 de maig, comencem la Viquiestirada de maig, que estarà dedicada als esborranys d'arquitectura. El primer dia de mes obrirem la pàgina del concurs, on hi podràs trobar els articles de gamma extra que més hi puntuen i un altre premi especial! T'hi esperem!

For organizers:

Here are the basic guidance and regulations for organizers. Please remember to:

1. use Fountain tool (you can find the usage guidance easily on meta page), or else you and your participants’ will not be able to receive the prize from WAM team.
2. Add your language projects and organizer list to the meta page before October 29th, 2020.
3. Inform your community members WAM 2020 is coming soon!!!
4. If you want WAM team to share your event information on Facebook / twitter, or you want to share your WAM experience/ achievements on our blog, feel free to send an email to [e-mail] or PM us via facebook.

If you want to hold a thematic event that is related to WAM, a.k.a. WAM sub-contest. The process is the same as the language one.

Cites automàtiques amb ISBN o similar i de llibres

Ja fa temps que no puc incorporar les cites automàtiques i tampoc de llibres. Ho he comprovat amb unb PC, un Mac i una Tablet i no he pogut, quan fa un cert temps no tenia cap problema. Algú més ho ha vist, sabeu com solucionar-ho. Gràcies (Guixacantijoch)

Asian Month 2020

Moltes gràcies per la teva participació al Mes de l'Àsia a la Viquipèdia. Enguany s'han creat en total 413 nous articles en català relacionats amb l'Àsia. A destacar, les biografies de dones i els articles sobre l'Àsia Central, entre d'altres. A nivell global, s'han creat al menys 6.672 articles. El recompte i verificació d'articles durarà encara fins al 31 de desembre. Per experiència amb edicions passades, imagino que un cop tots els jurats hagin acabat la seva feina, l'organització internacional contactarà a cadascú dels participants mitjançant la pàgina de discussió, detallant les instruccions per sol·licitar l'enviament de postals des de l'Àsia. Et recomano paciència ja que el procés és llarg. L'any passat les postals foren enviades amb diversos mesos de retard. De nou, gràcies i desitjo que participis a la pròxima edició!

Molt bon dia company! Espere que vos vaja tot molt bé a tu i tots els teus durant aquest peri'ode molt complicat. Gràcies per tota la gran faena que fas amb gran qualitat (sobre la Xina sobretot!!) i la teua constància! T'escric ja que s'estan fent les eleccions de la Junta de la Fundacio' Wikimedia (però potser ja ho saps) i crec que hi tens dret de vot, si no has votat ja. Trobe que hem de demostrar que la nostra comunitat té molta força, empenta i vitalitat mitjançant una participacio' important; ja som 6ens i gràcies a tots vosaltres podem pujar encara si no has votat. Espere que hi votaràs, si encara no ho has fet i t'ho agraisc. he detectat almenys sis articles teus que no tenen cap element enllaçat a Wikidata. Aquests són:

Quan puguis, podries enllaçar-los amb algun element existent? M'imagino que deu haver-hi algun article a la versió anglesa o xinesa, però no els trobo pas.

També he de dir que des de un cert punt de vista hem fa com il·lussió que sigui jo el primer.

No si tens algun suggeriment per a comprovar-ho amb més detall. o si es millor no fer articles que no tinguin un altra com a referent.

I ara! I tant que es poden fer articles que no tinguin el seu corresponent en cap altre idioma. Això sí, sempre que compleixi la normativa de la Viquipèdia com per exemple l'admissibilitat.

Només t'havia escrit per casualitat si hi havia algun existent. Com que no n'hi ha cap, t'agrairia si pots crear l'element a Wikidata amb les propietats corresponents. Si no saps ben bé com es fa, et puc ajudar!

Dear all,

The Wikipedia Asian Month 2023[1] is coming ! The campaign start within a flexible 30 days from November to December. Following with the changes of the rules made by last year, the wish to have more people get to know Asia and Asian related topic is the same! Click "Here" to Organize/Join a WAM Event.

1. Propose "Focus Theme" related to Asia !

If you are based somewhere in Asia, or have specific passion on an Asian topic, please propose your "Focus Theme" by October 25th. The WAM international team will select 5 themes. Please propose your focus theme through this link[2].

2. Enhancing existing articles can also count as part of campaign contribution.

Any edits, including creating new articles or adding new content to existing articles, over 3000 bytes in total would be able to get a reward. Last year, due to this change of rules, the Programs & Events Dashboard was suggested. However, according to community survey of 2022, Fountain Tool is still the best platform for tracking edit and points. You don’t need to create any Dashboard. For the tracking of editing existing article, the international team is currently designing a form. Will soon publish to the main page of WAM 2023.

3. More flexible campaign time

The contribution duration would remain 30days, but we extended the overall campaign timeline to 2 months. All organizers can decide when to start their WAM as long as the whole duration is within November 1st to December 31th. It means that you can participate in WAM based on the needs of your local community.

Timetable

• October 1st, 2023 : Publish International Campaign Page of the Year
• October 5th to 25th, 2023 : Call for focus themes of WAM 2023.
• Before 29 October, 2023: Complete Registration [3] of Each language Wikipedia.
• November 1st, UTC 00:00 to December 31th, UTC 00:00, 2023: Running the Campaign. (Find your local campaign for the actual event date.)
• January 1st to March 15th, 2024: Auditing of each language Wikipedia.
• March 30th, 2024: Deadline of reporting statistics and eligible editors to the International Team
• April 1st to May 15th, 2024: The international team distributes Barnstars and Certificates to eligible editors of each event.

Manteniment de redireccions

Bon dia @Guixacantijoch. En primer lloc, agrair-te i felicitar-te per la teva gran feina. Per altra banda, com a administrador sovint faig revisió de redireccions. Si consultes aquest enllaç, et surten gran part dels articles que has creat. Quan publiques un article a l'espai principal des d'un espai d'usuari, la redirecció es manté. Tanmateix, cal esborrar-la segons Viquipèdia:Criteris de supressió ràpida#Redireccions, ja que no té cap utilitat. Seria adient que els nous articles que vagis creants els afegissis la plantilla {{destrucció}} per a que un administrador l'esborri. Gràcies per la teva comprensió. Viquiprojecte els 10.000

Si ja participes activament en aquest projecte, no cal que segueixis llegint.

Si no és així, continua tot i que potser no fas ampliacions d'articles o no tens prou temps per posar-t'hi. O només et dediques al manteniment. O...vés a saber.

El projecte dels 10.000 articles que tota enciclopèdia hauria de tenir -del qual m'he convertit en una mena de corcó oficial- necessita una empenta decisiva per situar-nos al tercer lloc en qualitat i completesa respecte a altres versions lingüístiques.

Podem fer-ho, tot just ara hem acabat en un temps record el VP de les 100 dones BBC i pot ser el moment de fer un nou esforç col·lectiu. En els 10.000, aquest mes hem crescut 0,34 punts i a aquest ritme el projecte durarà encara 30 mesos.

Et proposo un repte assequible però essencial: durant els propers dos mesos, dedica un temps a ampliar almenys dos o tres articles d’aquesta llista. Cada contribució suma i ens acosta més al nostre objectiu.

És una oportunitat de demostrar la força i compromís de la nostra comunitat viquipedista! Aixequem plegats el nivell d’aquests continguts clau per fer la Viquipèdia encara més completa i reconeguda. Gràcies.
