Partai Liberal adalah sebuah partai politik liberal yang menjadi salah satu dari dua partai utama di Britania Raya pada abad ke-19 dan ke-20.[2]

Partai tersebut berkembang dari aliansi Whigs dan perdagangan bebas Peelite dan Radikal pada 1850-an. Pada akhir abad kesembilan belas, partai tersebut membentuk empat pemerintahan di bawah William Gladstone.
