Paramount Land merupakan bisnis unit dari PT Paramount Enterprise International. Bergerak dalam pengembangan kawasan berskala kota, mencangkup pengembangan beragam fungsi, real estate, komersial, hingga pergudangan.[1] Karya pertama dan signifikan Paramount Land dalam pengembangan kawasan berskala kota adalah Gading Serpong, sebuah kota urban yang terletak di Barat Jakarta, tepatnya di Kabupaten Tangerang. Kawasan ini memiliki lokasi strategis karena terhubung dengan jalan tol Jakarta-Merak yang membuatnya dekat menuju area perekonomian Jakarta.[2]
Paramount Land memiliki 50% bagian dari total luas Gading Serpong yang memiliki luas 1.500 hektar.[3] Gading Serpong dibuat menjadi kota yang modern dengan adanya infrastruktur memadai seperti ROW jalan yang besar dan terjaga, akses menuju tol yang memadai, adanya pasar modern, area komersial, mall, pusat pendidikan dan perkantoran, serta perumahan dengan sistem cluster.[4]
