Miss World 1981

Miss World 1981 adalah kontes kecantikan Miss World ke-31s yang dilaksanakan 12 November 1981 di Royal Albert Hall London, Inggris.[1][2] Pemenang kontes ini adalah Pilín León dari Venezuela,[1][3] pemegang gelar pertama dari negara itu sejak 1955. Dia dimahkotakan oleh Miss World 1980, Kimberley Santos dari Guam. Peserta lain dari Venezuela, Irene Sáez, memenangi kontes Miss Universe 1981 bulan Juli, menjadikan Venezuela sebagai negara pemegang dua kontes dalam tahun yang sama, (Miss Universe dan Miss World). Gelar Continental Queens of Beauty dianugerahkan kali pertama.
