Jalur Jubilee adalah salah satu jalur London Underground. Pertama dibuka tahun 1979, jalur ini merupakan jalur paling baru di jaringan Underground (meski beberapa relnya ada dari 1932 dan beberapa stasiun dari 1879). Di ujung utara, jalur ini mengambil alih dari yang sebelumnya cabang Stanmore dari Jalur Bakerloo, sedangkan untuk jalur yang baru dibangun ada 2 seksi: seksi pertama tahun 1979 ke Stasiun Charing Cross di central London; kemudian tahun 1999 ke Stasiun Stratford di timur London. Dengan dibukanya perpanjangan ke timur London, jalur ini yang sebelumnya kurang peminat kemudian melonjak dan saat ini menjadi jalur ketiga tersibuk dengan jumlah penumpang tahunan mencapai 213 juta. 13 dari 27 stasiun ada di bawah tanah. Jalur Jubilee berwarna silver/abu-abu di peta Tube.

Antara Jalan Finchley dan Taman Wembley, Jalur Jubilee menggunakan rutenya bersama dengan Jalur Metropolitan dan Jalur Utama Chiltern. Antara Canning Town dan Stratford, jalur ini berjalan paralel dengan perpanjangan Stratford International dari DLR.
