Douglas DC-1 merupakan pesawat, sayap rendah (low wing), model pertama dari seri DC (Douglas Commercial) yang terkenal dari pesawat angkut komersial. Pesawat ini diproduksi di Amerika Serikat
Meskipun hanya satu contoh dari DC-1 yang diproduksi, desain ini adalah dasar untuk DC-2 dan DC-3.
