Colm Tóibín (pelafalan dalam bahasa Irlandia: [ˈkɔl̪ˠəmˠ t̪ˠoːˈbʲiːnʲ]; lahir 30 Mei 1955) adalah seorang novelis, penulis cerita pendek, esayis, pengarang drama, jurnalis, kritikus dan penyair Irlandia.[3][4]

Tóibín sekarang merupakan Irene and Sidney B. Silverman Professor of the Humanities di Columbia University dan menggantikan Martin Amis sebagai profesor penulisan kreatif di University of Manchester.[5] Ia diangkat menjadi Chancellor of Liverpool University pada 2017.[6] Ia dihormati sebagai pejuang minoritas saat ia mengumpulkan penghargaan di Irish PEN Award 2011,[7] yang pada tahun yang sama, The Observer mengangkatnya menjadi salah satu dari 300 Intelektual Papan Atas di Inggris meskipun ia adalah orang Irlandia.[8]
