วิลเลียม ธอมสัน บารอนเคลวิน ที่หนึ่ง (อังกฤษ: William Thomson, 1st Baron Kelvin; (26 มิถุนายน ค.ศ. 1824 - 17 ธันวาคม ค.ศ. 1907) เป็นนักฟิสิกส์คณิตศาสตร์และวิศวกร ที่มหาวิทยาลัยกลาสโกว์ มีผลงานสำคัญคือการคำนวณทางคณิตศาสตร์ที่พิสูจน์ผลทางด้านไฟฟ้าและอุณหพลศาสตร์ ชื่อของเขาเป็นที่รู้จักในฐานะผู้พัฒนามาตรฐานการวัดอุณหภูมิสัมบูรณ์ คือระบบเคลวิน (Kelvin) เขาได้รับบรรดาศักดิ์เป็น บารอนเคลวิน ในปี ค.ศ. 1892 เพื่อเป็นเกียรติแก่การคิดค้นของเขา โดยนำชื่อมาจากแม่น้ำเคลวิน ที่ไหลผ่านมหาวิทยาลัยกลาสโกว์ ในสก็อตแลนด์ แต่เนื่องจากเขาไม่มีทายาทสืบตระกูล ตำแหน่งบารอนเคลวินจึงมีเพียง บารอนเคลวินที่หนึ่ง เพียงคนเดียวเท่านั้น
