Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat bentuk sediaan tablet hisap ekstrak daun kelor sebagai sumber vitamin A. Penelitian ini dibuat tiga formula tablet hisap yang terbaik dengan variasi konsentrasi bahan pengikat gelatin yaitu 2%, 4% dan 6%. Tablet yang dibuat dievaluasi sifat fisis dan uji tanggapan rasa. Hasil penelitian ini selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data menggunakan metode analisa varian satu jalan ANOVA dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% untuk mendapatkan formula tablet hisap yang terbaik. Hasil penelitian ini pertama, ekstrak daun kelor dapat dibuat menjadi tablet hisap dengan metode granulasi basah.Kedua, Tablet hisap ekstrak daun kelor dapat dibuat dengan menggunakan bahan pengikat gelatin.Ketiga, Formula I dengan konsentrasi pengikatgelatin 2% merupakan formula terbaik dan memenuhi persyaratan uji mutu fisik tablet.Keempat, Formula I dengan konsentrasi pengikat gelatin 2% memenuhi uji tanggapan rasa yang terbaik. This study was made three lozenges of the best formulas with gelatin binder concentration variation is 2%, 4% and 6%. Tablets are made and evaluated physical propertiestaste test. Analysis of research data using statistical methods variant one way ANOVA with a 95% confidence level. The results obtained extracts of Moringa leaves can be made into lozenges with gelatin binder and has met the requirements of the physical quality test tablets and taste responses. Formula I with a concentration of 2% gelatin binder is the best formula and meet the requirements of the physical quality test tablet. Key words: Moringa leaf, extract, formulation, lozenges, gelatin
