ホスロー4世 (英語:Khosrow IV)はサーサーン朝の第41代王を主張していた人物である。スパーフベドの役職を持っていて、630年から636年の間スサとその周辺を統治していた[1] 。当時サーサーン帝国を統治していたのはヤズデギルド3世 (632-651)だったが、彼の影響力は当初弱く帝国中を治めきれなかった。その為サーサーン帝国には632年から636年の短い間ヤズデギルド3世とホスロー4世の二人の支配者がいた。 彼の統治時代について詳しいことは殆ど分からないが、ホスロー4世が統治していた7世紀のイランは内乱や洪水等の天災により暗黒時代を迎えていた。636年、ホスロー4世はヤズデギルド3世によりスサを攻略され暗殺された[2]。
