These are hundreds of stubs (very short articles) for years, all of which claim that the year is a "leap year" (which is obviously wrong in about 75% of the cases). I would recommend deleting these, since they appear to be the work of a longtime cross-wiki vandal. If you do not delete them yourself, it is very likely that a steward will come by shortly and delete them, since current practice is to delete contributions by globally banned users (like this one) who seem to be editing behind an IP address to circumvent their ban.
