La FA Cup 2001-02 (conocida como The FA Cup sponsored by AXA, por razones de patrocinio) fue la 121ª edición del más antiguo torneo de fútbol reconocido en el mundo.^[1]

El Arsenal se impuso por 2-0 al Chelsea en la final, con goles de Ray Parlour y Fredrik Ljungberg, consiguiendo así su doblete esa temporada.^[2]^[3]
