Yuji Wakasa
Yuji Wakasa (輪笠 祐士, Wakasa Yūji, born February 9, 1996) is a Japanese football player who plays as a midfielder for Fagiano Okayama. Early lifeWakasa spent time at FC Tokyo's youth team and Nippon Sport Science University before joining Fukushima United FC.[1] CareerAfter attending the Nippon Sport Science University, Wakasa was announced at Fukushima United FC in December 2017.[2] He made his league debut against Thespa Gunma on 11 March 2018.[3] Wakasa scored his first league goal against Fujieda MYFC on 3 November 2018, scoring in the 32nd minute.[4] In 2020, Wakasa was announced at Blaublitz Akita.[5] He made his league debut against Roasso Kumamoto on 9 August 2020.[6] Wakasa scored his first league goal against JEF United Chiba on 14 March 2021, scoring in the 17th minute.[7] On 8 August 2022, Wakasa was announced at Fagiano Okayama.[8] He made his league debut against Yokohama FC on 20 August 2022.[9] Wakasa scored his first league goal against Roasso Kumamoto on 20 April 2024, scoring in the 30th minute.[10] Personal lifeWakasa is married.[11] He also has a son.[12] Club statisticsUpdated to 8 August 2022.[13]
