Viktor Chornyi
Viktor Ivanovych Chornyi (Ukrainian: Віктор Іванович Чорний; born 6 April 1968) is a Ukrainian politician and a statesman. He served as People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 9th convocation.[1] Education
