However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. Wikipedia's policy on non-free content is much stricter than legal fair use. Per Wikipedia:Non-free content#Unacceptable use, the first point for images state "Pictures of people still alive", so this image does not meet non-free content criteria #1 as this image is potentially replaceable with a free image. -- Whpq (talk)

Just to be clear, there is no COI I have no ties with the company. I do write a lot about start-ups among other subjects . I apologize if edits do not always comply with Wikipedia.
