Since placing a copy of a public domain image on Wikipedia is not desired, and it is near impossible to find the originals, I tagged all 31 of the US-Gov PD images I have uploaded except for the 7 or so that I scanned from the original photographs. Thanks for your notification. I've added fair use rationale and appropriate promotional material copyright tag to the image. In due course I will create a copyright-free image, upload to WKP Commons, and link to article to replace this image.
