In general, it is a good idea to submit drafts for review and not move them into main article space yourself, even when you have the right and privilege to do so. as my area of interest in wiki contributes is the film and related fields, i try to write about the filmmakers, artists, writers from Bangladesh who are reliable enough and have the exposer to be in the wiki.
