Mình là Phúc Ngô 1963 ở bên wiki tiếng Việt, mình bị bạn cấm nhưng không có email của bạn nên phải dùng cách liên lạc để liên lạc với bạn

Thứ nhất mình không phải tài khoản rối nên mình hy vọng bạn sẽ bỏ cấm

Thứ 2, đối với các bài mình sửa mình đều có trích dẫn nguồn

Về bài Đế Quốc Việt Nam

Tiền thân của nó phải là Đế Quốc Nhật Bản. Theo chính wiki tiếng Nhật, https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%98%8E%E5%8F%B7%E4%BD%9C%E6%88%A6. Sau khi Nhật đảo chính Pháp, Pháp đã trao toàn bộ Đông Dương cho Nhật. Sau đó Nhật mới trao độc lập cho VN. Do đó, trước ĐQVN phải là Đế quốc Nhật.

Hậu thân của ĐQVN, Vua Bảo Đại thoái vị trao quyền kiểm soát cho Việt Minh. Thứ hai, Nhật đầu hàng Việt Minh chứ không đầu hàng Pháp. Do đó, hậu thân của ĐQVN phải là VNDCCH chứ không phải Liên hiệp Pháp hay Nam KỳHaohaomyy (talk) 10:48, 28 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Bản chất của phần phần nêu cờ không phải là kiểm soát (trong luật gọi là de facto) mà là quan hệ kế thừa quốc gia hay kế thừa chính thể về mặt pháp lý (luật gọi là de jure). Đối với Nam Kỳ, như đã nói, Pháp đã trao quyền kiểm soát cho Nhật nên kế thừa Nam Kỳ phải là Nhật chứ không phải QGVN. Đặc biệt Nhật tiến hành kiểm soat Nam Kỳ thực sự, Pháp chỉ hỗ trợ Nhật trong giai đoạn chuyển giao.

Về bài Đế quốc VN cũng tương tự. Do Nhật và Bảo Đại bị Việt Minh đảo chính và trao quyền cho VM chứ không cho Pháp thì Pháp hay Liên hiệp Pháp không được có mặt ở đây.

Đối với bài Cộng hòa Nam Kỳ tự trị. Nó cũng giống hệt bài Mãn Châu Quốc. Mãn Châu Quốc tuy không tuyên bố độc lập từ Trung Hoa Dân quốc mà tuyên bố độc lập từ Nhật nhưng do Trung Hoa Dân quốc lúc đó là chính quyền chính danh (tương tự như VNDCCH chính danh nhờ sự đầu hàng của Nhật và Bảo Đại cùng với Tổng tuyển cử tháng 1 năm 46) nên CHTTK thực chất là ly khai khỏi VNDCCH để sáp nhập vào Liên hiệp Pháp. Sự ly khai và sáp nhập này giống hệt bán đảo Crimea về de jure vẫn thuộc VNDCCH nhưng de facto thì thuộc cả VNDCCH lẫn Liên hiệp Pháp do VNDCCH cũng có phần kiểm soát ở Nam Kỳ. Do đó, tiền thân của nó phải là VNDCCH chứ không phải Đế Quốc VN hay Liên hiệp Pháp.

Phần thông tin này có tính pháp lý chứ không phải là lãnh thổ kiểm soát như bạn nói. Phần lãnh thổ kiểm soát là phần event. Bạn là BQV thì phải nắm rõ luật, thảo luận nghiêm túc chứ không phải là cứ không vừa ý là block thành viên khácHaohaomyy (talk) 11:09, 28 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Việc đưa ra thông tin giống nhau không có nghĩa là tài khoản rối, rất nhiều người có chung ý tưởng. Tiêu biểu là việc giải Nobel vẫn trao cho cả hai nước dù kết quả nghiên cứu là giống nhau. Tuy nhiên với điều kiện là quá trình nghiên cứu phải độc lập với nhau. Bạn không thể block bừa bãi khi chưa chứng minh được đâu là tài khoản rối của ai. Đặc biệt với thái độ không vừa ý thì block mà chẳng cần quan tâm tới việc thảo luận như bạn. Wiki là nơi tự do ngôn luận, thảo luận với tinh thần đóng góp. Hành động của bạn giống hệt như việc hạn chế tự do ngôn luận, tự do thảo luận (khi việc thảo luận chưa đi đến thống nhất thì đã không cho người khác tiến hành thảo luận). Tôi biết bạn sẽ tự ái sau khi tôi phê bình nhưng thuốc đắng giã tật bạn ạ, sự thật thì luôn cay đắng, khó nuốt nhưng nó là sự thật. Chúc bạn thực sự trở thành một bảo quản viên công tâm.
