Reverting without warningsHello. Regarding the recent revert you made: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template index/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. [Sorry for templating you. Zurolo (surname)Dear reviewer, I forward you the text that I wrote to you and sent under the discussion page of the ''non-approval of the Zurolo article (surname)'': I am very surprised by the fact that my draft which has been in preparation for months has been further rejected, among other things, it is rich in content and I even recovered it from a ''historical book'', with respect to the surname Zurlo or some other Italian guy there's a lot that I highlighted in the draft. It is true that I have included secondary sources but mainly, I have also highlighted and cited the ''official sources'', as you can see. I wanted to ask you now, if possible, to transfer the information from this draft in progress to the Zurlo page on Wikipedia, here it is: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zurlo, perhaps we will enrich this and delete the draft. RFA2024 update: phase I concluded, phase II beginsHi there! Phase I of the Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/2024 review has concluded, with several impactful changes gaining community consensus and proceeding to various stages of implementation. Some proposals will be implemented in full outright; others will be discussed at phase II before being implemented; and still others will proceed on a trial basis before being brought to phase II. The following proposals have gained consensus:
See the project page for a full list of proposals and their outcomes. A huge thank-you to everyone who has participated so far :) looking forward to seeing lots of hard work become a reality in phase II. theleekycauldron (talk), via MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 08:09, 5 May 2024 (UTC) Question about your 9b closeHey there, Toadette! The 9b close is up for some discussion at RFA2024 phase II, and i just wanted to ask you to clarify something: when you closed 9b, did you find consensus to exempt RfA from any civility enforcement against aspersions that don't directly allege policy violations? Hook (2022 TV series)You just reviewed this article and moved it to the main NS. However, upon examining the article, it doesn't appear to meet WP:N criteria yet. The article lacks citations from WP:RS. I'm curious about the basis of your review. —Saqib (talk | contribs) 12:30, 5 May 2024 (UTC)

Also he has nominated several articles for deletion without giving proper rationale. Kindly look into the matter. Sources for Earl George articleHello, my article article about Earl George was declined on the grounds that the subject is not notable enough. I have added more reliable sources to show the subject's notability. However, I believe that the original sources were reliable and showed notability, especially the sources from the Seattle Civil Rights and Labor History Project, the Communism in Washington State History Project, and the finding aid to his papers. These are all independent sources that are part of a larger social history research project by the University of Washington and meet the Wikipedia reliability guidelines. Thank you so much for your reply. I will continue to update all the sources I can to archive locations. Our local library just finished archiving all of the Regina Leader Post newspapers from 1909. Because I don't know, I have to ask - if I cannot find an archive location, where do I post the jpeg of the source? Do I create a gallery in my article itself? Sorry, such a newbie! Once I finish updating the sources that I can, did you mean you want me to post the remaining links in here for you? Again, sorry, such a newbie. Again, thank you so very much for your help. Your close at The Color of CrimeHi Toadette, I wanted to drop you a note to see if you’d consider reverting your close and re-listing at Talk:The_Color_of_Crime_(book)#Requested_move_2_May_2024. The requested move was first posted May 2 so it was technically old enough to be eligible for closure, but if you look more closely at the timestamps, it was posted to two different wikiprojects at 2:20 May 9, and all of the discussion happened very shortly after that. I think Wikiexplorationandhelping ought to have re-listed it when notifying wikiprojects. If you’d consider re-opening it, I have some responses I’d like to make to Camerone Dewe’s argument (which pushed me to an oppose), and I think it’s possible that more participants from the wikiprojects will want to weigh in. ~ L 🌸 (talk) 18:08, 9 May 2024 (UTC)
ReviewHello, could you review the Draft:Battle of Samtredia article, as well as some other drafts (Draft:Battle of Gochouri, Draft:Battle of Akhaltsikhe (1444), Draft:Siege of Shamkor)? Thank you.
Draft:David GamageDear ToadetteEdit, I do not understand why you declined this submission on May 6, 2024. Your post says "In summary, the draft needs to meet any of the eight academic-specific criteria" the fifth criteria of which is "The person has held a distinguished professor appointment at a major institution of higher education and research, a named chair appointment that indicates a comparable level of achievement, or an equivalent position in countries where named chairs are uncommon." The first line of the bio explains clearly that the subject currently has a distinguished professor appointment, and, additionally, the first line under "Professional and Academic Career" documents clearly that the subject has held multiple named chair appointments. This would seem to be dispositive, more than meeting the criteria under the guidelines. Additionally, the subject's top rankings in citation and SSRN metrics would seem to easily satisfy the first criterion of "The person's research has had a significant impact in their scholarly discipline, broadly construed, as demonstrated by independent reliable sources." I did not create this profile, but I did edit it and I am a student in the field and so have some expertise. I will revise the profile some and resubmit. But I would appreciate it if you could please explain to me if I am somehow misunderstanding the criteria or whether your decision was an oversight or whether the profile somehow did not convey the information in the proper way. Thank you! JDtoBee (talk) 19:15, 14 May 2024 (UTC)
I am so confused with the matter right now. I've declined the draft as needing more sources to establish notability and it hasn't been shown yet. It was accepted three days ago only for it to be challenged and ultimately draftified. I do not have any issues with the draft post-draftification but after looking at the draft's talk page and your talk page, and claiming that you have no relation with the subject and an expert in the topic area feels that the conflict of interests may be escalated to sanctions. I do not see you as having a conflict of interest but I will look onto your contributions shortly to find that did you exclusively edited the draft (let aside talk pages) or not. Review of Draft: Bryan LeachHi friend! Several weeks ago, the draft for Bryan Leach was declined due to the references not showing that the subject qualifies for page. I updated the draft to include some more complete information based on comments from other editors and also added some more extensive sources like the Wall Street Journal, Yahoo Finance and NY Times. The company which Bryan Leach founded went public last month and there has been more coverage with additional details. Would you be kind enough to take a look and see if this has satisfied the bar for a new page. Thanks so much! Flyguyz93 (talk) 16:34, 15 May 2024 (UTC)

Hi Toadette. I have added ISSN numbers and publishers for most of my references, and created a gallery of jpg and pdf images on the Wilf Perreault page. Could you give it a glance and let me know if I should resubmit? Thank you so much for all your help and advice! ---This is an addendum- Some of the images I uploaded are copyrighted, so I removed them, and updated the urls to the available online archive which is only available by subscription. Also you or another has changed the title of this draft submission from Colin William fforde Wyatt to Colin William Wyatt. Is this to identify the second draft submission? Because this would be an incorrect title for a final version. I would prefer to use the simple "Colin Wyatt". I only began with the subject's full name because of another Colin Wyatt. Thank you. The main reason was "not enough secondary sources. I wanted to ask if you took a careful look at the references in that article numbered: 1, 4, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15 and 16. All eight of these are secondary sources that satisfy the Wikipedia definition. They have nothing to do with Santikaro himself - they are magazines and other establishments who have decided to write up a summary about him. In particular, references #12 and #15 in that article are both central repositories of numerous teachings by well-known teachers. Before starting that article, I did an extensive search for secondary sources. I believe the ones I've included are pretty much it. I don't know what to do now: there are other teachers who are similar to Santikaro but not nearly as accomplished but they all have a Wikipedia page on here. If you have any suggestion, I would greatly appreciate it: should I 1) find more secondary sources ?? (What's wrong with the 8 listed above?) 2) make it clear that the secondary sources included are it, e.g, I can remove some of the primary sources (since there are so many publications, books, articles by him, but that would under-represent his contributions to the world).
