Large numbersI edited your change to WP:MOSNUM regarding large numbers, to show that when commas are used as the grouping character, they are only used to the left of the decimal point, not to the right. I believe you will find this is the advise given in most printed style guides. Also, I started a discussion to bring this change to editor's attention. --Jc3s5h (talk) 11:56, 3 June 2009 (UTC)

Gold Glove Award winners' listsHi. I just wanted to note to you that I'm reverting your edits to the leads of these lists. The first paragraphs of these lists are what is known as "boilerplate text". These lists are going to eventually be part of a featured topic, and it's common for lists with a common theme or thread to start in the same way. For an example, see the Silver Slugger Award winners lists. If you have any questions, you can ask me at my talk page. Thanks. KV5 (Talk • Phils) 11:43, 23 June 2009 (UTC)

Discussion at Wikipedia:No original research/NoticeboardI thought your answer at the Village Pump (policy) regarding calculations was insightful and am hoping you could weigh in at Wikipedia:No original research/Noticeboard regarding the use of calculation software regarding Erdos-Bacon numbers (I'm not all that aware on the specifics). No matter what side you take in that discussion at least it might make everyone think a little harder, as emotions of "I'm right your wrong" are taking over instead of insightful discussion.Camelbinky (talk) 17:51, 26 July 2009 (UTC) DYK for Turbomeca AstafanBorgQueen (talk) 00:09, 28 July 2009 (UTC) Removal of PROD from Patrick BertolettiHello TheFeds, this is an automated message from SDPatrolBot to inform you the PROD template you added to Patrick Bertoletti has been removed. Is there something specific that you are looking for that I can help you find short of restoring the page? The user in question is currently under 18, so I'm extremely hesitant to restore the page unless absolutely necessary. I don't see any evidence of why it was deleted (in other words, I don't see a public request), but if the user had emailed Tanthalas39 privately, I doubt he/she is going to be much help. Tanthalas39 committed the cardinal sin of a self-unblock and was indefblocked shortly thereafter. I haven't closed the request – another admin might look at it and feel differently – but I just have a strong preference to preserve a user or former user's privacy, particularly when they are underage. --B (talk) 16:20, 11 June 2010 (UTC) Reviewer grantedHello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a two-month trial at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC). Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here. If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. ···日本穣? · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe · Join WikiProject Japan! 06:20, 16 June 2010 (UTC) The {val} template no longer works correctlyPlease see the Template talk:Val#Val is now screwed up.
